Thursday, March 03, 2005 My "iron" (it's actually stainless steel) ring doesn't fit very well. It did when I had the fitting done. Did I lose weight or something? It's true that I haven't been eating very well lately. Still, to shrink by half a ring size? Screwed up. My thoughts on the ceremony: WAY TOO ritualistic. It felt like some sort of secret society initiation! It was so cold outside but somebody decided to leave all the windows opened. Stupid dumbass. Also, some radio station (I suspect it's CIUT) was cutting into the speaker. Hello? Shielded cabling? THe funny thing was that there was a room FULL of engineers...yet no one was able to fix the problem. HOOOOORAY! Had to skip rehearsals early tonight to go to the iron ring party at tonic. Man was it fun. Both my roomies came. Not to mention the $1.50 drinks! The music was okay most of the time. The broken beer bottles on the floor was a turn off though.
