I'm so lazy. Just realized that my las update was 6 days ago. Don't blame me! Blame those exams! I'm so sick of them. This time in 48 hours I'll be drunk as a , maybe.

There are certain days where you don't want to do anything, and today is one of them. If it weren't for exams I'd be out enjoying the sun like all those art sci bums. LOL

First and perhaps last joke I'll post on this page:

Four Greek ladies are having Greek coffee and baklava together, discussing how important their children are. The first one tells her friends, "My son is a priest". When he walks into a room everyone calls him "Father". The second Greek lady chirps, "Well my son is a Bishop". When he walks into a room, people say, "Your Grace".

The third Greek lady says smugly. "Well not to put you down, my son is an Archbishop". When he walks into a room people say "Your Eminence". The fourth Greek lady sips her Greek coffee in silence. The first three ladies give her this subtle "Well...?" She replies. "My son is a gorgeous 6'2", hard bodied, male stripper". Whenever he walks into a room, women say "My God".

Update: I've decided to take down the commenting because squawkbox shows the commenter's IP address. I don't think that's very nice. The only way to get around that is if I pay to get a "pro" account. what a rip off yo.

Now, maybe if SOMEONE (like Tessa) is willing to give me some space on her server to host my comments...*evil grin*

It's a bit cheesy but considering I don't know anything about Javascript and HTML, i think i'm doing a pretty good job.

HEY! I got linked : )
Just dropped by ty's site and noticed that she had put up a link to my blog page. I'm becoming famous.

mmm...Bundt cake....

I'm watching Erin Brokovitch (while studying might I add) and someone mentioned bundt cake. Is that the correct spelling?
I don't really care. But I want bundt cake. hmmmm silent 'd'...

I also had watery Lipton Sidekicks for a pre-dinner snack tonight. I totally killed it by putting in too much milk though.

No luck tracking down that Brian McKnight song from the www. I'm over it though.

HK 88 Deaths
Toronto 13

Been eating too many roasted almonds and my face is breaking out all over the place. What the heck? Can't a guy enjoy his almonds consequence-free?

And I found out something interesting. Brian McKnight sings in Tagalog, the song is called "sorry song" (fobby name yo). I can't find a copy of it anywhere!

YUMMM egg tarts. I highly recommend this bakery located on the north side of Dundas just west of Spadina. (It's the only bakery closest to Spadina). I don't know the name but the egg tarts are good. Havn't tried its other goodies, yet. But beware of the air-head cashiers though!

Here's another classic: whoever writes "its raining" instead of "it's raining" should be shot.

People ought to be arrested for misusing "then" and "than" in sentences.
i.e. "I'm better then you".

Another popular misuse: "I could care less" instead of "I couldn't care less"
Hello? Grammar police? Where the hell are ya?

Why are all diesel models Gaijins? Can't Diesel models be Asian? A lot of Asians wear Diesel...especially this one friend of mine. She's covered in diesel from head to toe (no pun intended). I can't really call her a friend because I never see her in class. She only shows up for test/exams. Anyways, she also has a really nice Nokia phone that I really wanna buy if I ever visit Hong Kong.

I got totally ripped off at the bakery today! This air-head cashier short changed me when I paid for my egg tarts that were supposed to be 70-cents each. They were good tarts though, so $1.50 each is okay i guess. I'm still a bit pissed off because I could've gotten 2 for that price.

I just remembered something that my friend Rishi told me. It was during those fun-filled electromech labs almost a month ago. He said to one someone in our group, "someday when you get married you have to marry someone who says garrannnt (like Apu from the simpsons) instead of 'current' [because] those guys are gonna be the ones making the big bucks".

My lab partner brought in his Power Mac G4 today --the same one Yau ming was using in that Mac ad. Boy was I impressed. It can run windows XP with an emulator program. If I can can only get a PC based laptop that thin and has the same built in features...

I've realized that engineering (maybe even other disciplines) is way to competitive for its own good. Or maybe is that just me? Marks is as precious gold around campus. That's really sad, because the whole point of going to school is to learn something and maybe have a good time doing it. When would people lighten up?

My next computer is gonna be a Mac. I'm in love with it, not because it's the anit-microsoft...it's because it's a really, really nice looking linux machine. PLUS it can run windows under an emulator. Isn't that great?

Parents dropped food off today. but I still have to cook them. booo

Also picked up a Japanese cook book today. I don't think i'll try any of the recipes other than the one green tea icecream, but the pictures look wayy nice. And at $12.99 (plus tax of course) the store was practically giving it away. yay me.

so some good things and bad things happened. Good thing is, that we didn't get killed for project 2. Bad news Ng still hasn't re-instate the marks yet. So its not relief yet. The other bad news, got the 311 midterm back, i think it could go up by a few marks if I get it remarked. Will speak to prof on monday.

The look on #1's face was for the lack of a better word...priceless. It would make the perfect mastercard commercial. I could direct it. I don't think he's ever failed anything. I wonder if he cried. So i guess that was both the bad and good news.

Found this funny Nokia commericial that was supposedly "nonauthorized" here's the link, but for legal reasons, I hold no responsibility for anyone following this link, and it is YOUR choice to view it. I am in no way connected with the individual hosting the file. I am merely linking to it because it seems funny. copy and paste it ito your web-browser: http://www.apbx97.dsl.pipex.com/nokia.avi

Here's a news bulletin regarding this video here

I didn't realize applying for a passport was so tedious. The stuff you need to get signed is a bit strange. But I suppose it's because we wanna keep out the scary Fobs. Just kidding. If the whole world was one country, then we wouldn't need passports anymore. It'll sorta like that Plant/City place in Star Wars. What's the name again, Courscent (sp?).

Also came across this website: http://www.alllooksame.com. I was mildly amused, and even scored above average too. yay me.

Jenny Fung thinks my blog page sucks. Just wait, Jenn. This is only the beginning of my web empire.

P.S. incase you're reading this, I intentionally spelt your last name wrong, just to piss you off. HA!

P.P.S Listening to the 12" Morera Remix of Micheele Week's "The Light". This is going to be my favourite song for the next....12 minutes.

Spent the whole night watch U-751 on CityTV. Good film, but given that it's a Hollywood movie, the accuracy of the historical references remains questionable...to me at least. I know dip-squat about the War. Damnit, I've a tonne of stuff to read too. what to do? I hate school. I hate it hate it hate it!

Something totally unrelated: I think I'll quarantine myself next week for the electro-mech quizz. That would be way awesome. It would be even better if I can convince other people to join me in this venture.
