Friday, May 21, 2004 I usually don't talk about dating and or relationships very much, because, well....I'm no expert. That'll hopefully change in the not-too-distant future ;) The thought of dating came up in my mind after coming across an article that was published in the premier issue of Jasmine. Don't get me wrong, it's not that I suddenly developed an urge to date or anything. I'm perfectly happy being single...for now. My question is that do Asian girls prefer to date non-Asian men over Asian men? Inter-racial relationships are quite prevalent down here in Cali, and I suppose it's becoming a trend back home in Canada as well. Most relationships of this sort is almost always Asian woman and non-Asian man. Yes, there are Asian-man-non-Asian-woman couples out there, but they seem quite rare. Are the points given in the article valid and applicable to most Canadians and Americans of Asian descent? To me it seems like it's coming from personal experience. On a side note, the movie Super Size Me got its little section on MSN today. Yay. I hope this movie will make an impact on the lifestyles of the not-so-healthy. posted by Ben | | | 2:39 AM |
