Camping out in the forest over the weekend made me realize that we should do our best to preserve the environment. I never really appreciated what nature had to offer before this trip. Partly because I was about 12 the last time I went out to the forest. On the drive over to the camp grounds (and back), I came across many sections of forest that was just completely cut away by loggers. I found it a bit disturbing. I mean, the magnitude of the particular section is probably small compared to logging sites in Canada or in the rain forest!
